Avoiding a ‘No Deal’ Brexit for the Construction Industry

The CPA has submitted a joint letter to the Prime Minister warning against the impact of a ‘No Deal’ Brexit on the UK’s construction industry. Along with four other leading construction trade bodies – ACE, Build UK, CECA and the FMB – the CPA has warned that leaving the EU without trading agreements in place could lead to a fall of £10.5 billion in construction output by the end of 2020. The CPA hopes to engage with government on how to address the challenges of Brexit in the future. Read the full letter.  (Please note, CPA Weekly Notes are always available in the SPRA members area of the website)
