Building Mental Health – Mental Health First Aider Course

In association with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, SPRA are running Mental Health – First Aider Courses. The course teaches the practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues. It will give you confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress. This training involves individual learning activities and a series of live online sessions which will all be accessed through Mental Health First Aid England’s Online Learning Hub. We are getting a great response from members and have had to add additional courses. We will confirm new dates as soon as possible.
