Duty to Report on Payment Practices and Performance
In April 2017, the statutory ‘Duty to Report on Payment Practices and Performance’ came into force, requiring all large companies to report on their payment practices and performance every 6 months. Build UK will using this data to benchmark its contractor members payment performance at the end of July.
