Introduction
There is another bumper edition of information in this week’s SPRA Weekly News. There is certainly an abundance of important information to share and we suggest all should take the time to review. A lot of information is centered around issues concerning the coronavirus pandemic and it’s impact on safety during training, travelling and working. Training is a theme reflected in both the General and Members Areas’ of this week’s news with information ranging from the SPRA WLCP wind load calculation sessions, through training certification schemes, to information concerning companies with or about to take on a new apprentice. We highlight the important news regarding the confirmation of the new Construction Products Regulator. We also highlight a number of webinars that may be of interest to members and how to register for these in our Members Area. There are separate items in the Members Area on Reverse VAT and IR35 that may be relevant for some. Finally we give an update on the CLC’s Talent Retention Scheme.
So all in all a packed SPRA Weekly News.
We wish all well and hope you have a safe and productive week.
