In this week’s Weekly News we start by drawing attention to the important issue of mental health and highlight the CITB Mental Health First Anders Programme. There will also be a very informative session on mental health at the SPRA Conference and Awards in June.
We continue to promote SPRA training and remind all that we are still running our wind load calculation protocol (WLCP) sessions for members and non-members, see relevant items below.
In our Members only section this week we have our ongoing training information –this includes an item on ‘Travel to Train’ concerning how some training costs can be reimbursed.
There are also a number of separate items relating to fire concerning the Fire Safety Bill, Fire Safety Reporting and Planning Gateway One Guidance as well as information on the Product Testing Review. On sustainability there is also information this week from the CPA concerning an EPR and Packaging Consultation.
Finally, we wish all well in the LRWA Dragon Team Challenge taking place this week raising funds for charity. There is an opportunity to donate to this worthy cause concerning youth homelessness. Further details in the item below.
As always, hope you find the enclosed interesting and informative.
We wish all well and have a safe and productive week.
