Again this week has been a very busy at SPRA with a CPA Trade Association meeting taking place as well as further meetings concerning the IRG and within the Working Group structure, specifically WG12-Products and WG2-Installers subgroups. We also participated in the CICV Forum from which the CAP (Conflict Avoidance Process), see below members only, information produced by the RICS, was later distributed. Hopefully this may be of benefit to some members.
The SSG (SPRA Sustainability Group) made contact and held a meeting with another international association concerning the approach taken in Europe regarding roofing waste and recycling issues. More to come on that when the SSG meets later this month.
We would also like to draw attention to new Trustmark campaign for the domestic sector, again interest for some involved in this market segment.
Finally, we would like to draw your attention to the CPA- State of Trade Survey below concerning the impact on your business that Covid-19 is having. This is an important survey and we encourage as many members (manufacturers and contractors) to please complete as possible. Deadline Monday 13th July.
Brunton’s blog this week looks at the changing face of communications in our industry as a direct result of Covid-19 and can we capitalise on this to improve productivity.
Wishing all our members a productive and successful week.
