Recruiting now for SPRA training -Special SPRA grant for members
Following our recent announcement that we have been awarded the CITB commission to deliver the Single Ply SAP (Specialist Applied-skills Programme) for the next three years, we are recruiting now for our next course which will start in August 2018. Perfect for apprentices and new entrants to the industry, the SAP is open to anyone over the age of 16 and is the perfect route to gaining a full Level 2 NVQ and a blue Skilled Worker CSCS card. The SAP offsite training now takes place in the first 12 months with the assessment period over the following 6 months, meaning the time it takes to achieve the NVQ has reduced from 24 months, to 18months, meaning your employees get qualified faster. Although CITB grant funding has been reduced from previous years, our cost to members is still under the grant level, and we are offering an extra £500 SPRA incentive grant for members only for this course. You can’t get this training anywhere else, so even though August may seem like a long way off – it’ll soon be here, so register your trainees now and secure their place.
