Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Engage in Inside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in territory management by effectively covering assigned regions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong background in account management and business development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is beneficial.
