Bilingual Korean Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Devising long-term development strategies for product categories

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand marketing.
• Demonstrated success in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from initial concept through to market launch across multiple categories.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy and innovation.
• Evaluate the profitability and viability of current and future product lines; generate reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Support the development and execution of short-term new product development (NPD) initiatives aligned with long-term brand vision and business objectives.
• Develop a new product road map strategic plan to support product and category growth.
• Communicate go-to-market strategy to the organization, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
