About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple complex commercial and institutional roofing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with owners’ representatives, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5+ commercial roofing projects concurrently.
• Oversee project scheduling, submittals, and job cost tracking.
• Coordinate with estimating, superintendents, and field crews to align project execution.
• Submit end-of-month pay applications and schedules of values to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners’ representatives, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Travel to jobsites weekly for progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in commercial roofing, handling large-scale projects ($2M+).
• Industry Expertise: Commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, All Metals, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing, Wall Panels, Soffit Panels.
• Strong submittal and GC coordination experience.
• Background in government, infrastructure, healthcare, education, or institutional projects (e.g., K–12 schools, hospitals, prisons, data centers).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
• Other Requirements: Clean background check and driving record. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain professionalism in high-stress construction environments.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 DOE (Base Salary)
