Job Description

About Trifecta Reconstruction

Trifecta Reconstruction is a trusted, 19-year-old firm specializing in multifamily exterior reconstruction across the Greater Los Angeles area and surrounding regions. We work exclusively on existing structures — not new construction — with a focus on capital improvement projects, waterproofing systems, and occupied-building renovations.

We take pride in our reputation for delivering high-quality work on time and on budget while ensuring minimal disruption for residents. Our projects demand precision, safety, and exceptional client service, and we’re committed to providing our team with the tools, support, and respect they need to succeed.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who thrives in the field, can manage multiple jobs at once, and has the leadership skills to guide crews while maintaining top-tier client relationships and job quality. This role involves 75% field work and 25% office coordination.

Experience with waterproofing systems, balcony and deck repair, roofing, and other exterior building envelope work is highly valued and will help you excel quickly in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage 5+ exterior reconstruction/waterproofing projects at a time
  • Coordinate employee crews, subcontractors, inspections, and materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and project plans
  • Maintain schedules, track budgets, perform job costing, and oversee crews
  • Liaise with internal teams for time/materials tracking, payroll, and invoicing
  • Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and clear client communication
  • Represent the company professionally in occupied multifamily environments
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience (commercial, residential, or specialized trades)
  • Strong working knowledge of general construction methods; waterproofing knowledge strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication, time management, and field coordination skills
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working in occupied properties or multifamily communities
  • Familiarity with local permit processes and HOA coordination
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Benefits:
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health insurance with employer contribution
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time
  • Company truck provided for work travel
 Our Culture

At Trifecta Reconstruction, great work starts with great people. We foster a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration, learning, and professional growth are part of everyday life. We value open communication, celebrate achievements, and work together to reach shared goals — because when our people succeed, our company succeeds.
