Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Contract Manager for a temporary contract role in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in contract lifecycle management and operational execution, with a focus on payer, specialty pharmacy, and group purchasing organization (GPO) agreements. This position requires excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and familiarity with contract management systems. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. This role is a hybrid onsite work schedule in Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support drafting, execution, and administration of payer, specialty pharmacy, and/or GPO agreements (e.g., rebate, discount, and data sharing contracts).
• Oversee contract set-up, validate terms, and manage implementation within applicable systems while monitoring contract performance against agreed terms.
• Collaborate with the Rebate Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate rebate calculations and payments.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Market Access, Trade, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and successful contract implementation.
• Utilize contract management and rebate systems such as Model N, Revitas, Vistex, or iContracts for contract intake, validation, and performance tracking.
• Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails to support internal controls, SOX compliance, and government pricing implications.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in streamlining contract processes, templates, and governance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in contract management and operational execution.
• Familiarity with contract management systems such as Model N, Revitas, Vistex, or iContracts preferred.
• Strong analytical skills in validating rebate calculations and monitoring contract performance.
• Experienced in pharmaceutical, life sciences or biotech industries
