Customer Support Specialist

Hybrid / Remote - Leawood, KS

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help deliver responsive, accurate support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. If you're tech-comfortable, detail-focused, and customer-driven, we want to hear from you. This role is heavily remote based with occasional need to be onsite should remote connectivity issues arise.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly to phone, email, and chat inquiries
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Flag patterns or recurring issues to internal teams
• Follow assigned schedule and communicate promptly if changes arise

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred
• 1+ year experience in a call center or customer support environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with device troubleshooting and multitasking across platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused

Pay

• $18/hour

Schedule options

• Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays (OT)
• Shifts: 9a–6p, 11a–8p, or 12p–9p
