Seeking Cyber Security Lead with 10+ years experience

Certifications Needed (these are well known certs for web application security and testing): OSCP, PWPP, PWPA, eCPPT, eWPTX

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and govern robust cybersecurity strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with industry best practices (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
• Monitor and assess cybersecurity risks and threats; develop mitigation and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on security requirements and practices.
• Manage cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls, and identity/access management solutions.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests.
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations when security breaches occur.
• Administer and optimize a diverse security technology stack, including SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), EDR/XDR solutions, next-gen firewalls, WAFs, CASBs, DLP, and IAM/PAM systems.
