Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Epoxy Floor Coating Painters to join our dynamic team. As an Epoxy Floor Coating Painter, you will be responsible for applying epoxy coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for epoxy application by cleaning, grinding, and repairing cracks.
• Mix and apply epoxy coatings to floors, ensuring even coverage and a professional finish.
• Follow project specifications and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in epoxy floor coating application.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and epoxy mixing techniques.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in various environments.
• Your own transportation.
