Quality Buildings is a nationally recognized framing and timber construction company serving developers and builders with innovation, excellence, and faith-based values. This newly created Executive Assistant position supports a new office division and offers the chance to build structure, strengthen systems, and become a trusted right-hand to executive leadership.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced & Capable: Brings 3-5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar role; previous leadership experience is a plus.
  • Proactive & Organized: Communicates, takes initiative, and follows through with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Professional & Positive: Maintains a calm, confident presence while setting the tone for the office environment.
  • Discreet & Trustworthy: Handles sensitive information with integrity and always upholds confidentiality.
  • Adaptable & Solutions-oriented: Responds well to shifting priorities and anticipates needs with resourceful problem-solving.
  • Values-driven Leader: Upholds company values, models ethical behavior, and confidently holds others accountable when needed.
  • Safety-conscious & Site-ready: Willing to travel occasionally to job sites and follow safety protocols when working around noise, dust, temperature changes, and active construction areas.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for Senior Management.
  • Monitor executive email inbox and draft correspondence as needed.
  • Plan & support on-site meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Attend leadership meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups.
  • Assist with onboarding, reporting, and general office administration.
  • Handle filing, scanning, and document prep with accuracy.
  • Protect confidentiality while representing the company with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with team members to move tasks forward efficiently.
  • Work full-time hours (40-45/week) with occasional travel.
