As an Experienced Installation Crew Member , you will play a crucial role in performing detailed and complex landscape installation projects, operating advanced tools and heavy machinery, and supporting the installation team. • Perform tasks assigned by the Installation Foremen and Crew Leaders to meet daily on-site objectives.
• Effectively communicate with team members to ensure crew coordination and job site efficiency.
• Learn and consistently use OMA's time and production app for time and job tracking.
• Complete assigned skill development courses on OMA's learning platform in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact respectfully with customers and team members.
• Operating landscape equipment and machinery proficiently and safely
• Keep work vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and stocked
• Work efficiently and independently on active job sites.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
• Regularly check and respond to company emails, texts, and voicemails .
• Interact professionally with all customers, employees and those from external organizations

• High school diploma , GED, or actively working toward completion.
• Detailed and experienced knowledge of outdoor work
• Must be legally eligible for employment in Michigan .
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive at work on time daily.
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).
• Dress in proper clothing and attire for safety and professionalism
• Meet the requirements to pass a DOT physical exam .
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to work productively and independently.
• Available to work set and consistent hours each week, Monday - Friday.
• Available to work overtime, as needed.

• Over two years’ experience in landscape installation, landscape maintenance or general construction
• Possess a valid Michigan chauffeurs license in good standing

• Compensation Range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $1,000 annually
• Paid Time Off: Accrue one hour for every 30 hours worked
• For Full-Time Employees:
  • Paid Holidays : Six per year
