We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the Engrace by Little Switzerland team; a premier jewelry store in Las Vegas. As the right hand to the Store Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, inspire the sales team, and ensure every customer experience shines as brightly as our collections.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing store, sales performance, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Lead by example: coach, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve individual and store goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Manage POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping functions with precision and integrity.
• Oversee inventory control, assist with purchasing decisions, and ensure showcases are always beautifully stocked.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and promotional strategies that drive sales and elevate the in-store experience.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and operational excellence.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative culture where teamwork and client satisfaction are top priorities.

What You Bring

• Proven success in retail or luxury sales management. Experience in jewelry or fashion retail is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills; you enjoy mentoring others and celebrating wins as a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with solid organization and multitasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating POS and inventory management systems.
• A polished communication style; verbal, written, and in-person with an approachable, professional demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus in connecting with our diverse clientele.
• A passion for retail, design, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
