Healthcare Administrative Coordinator (Senior)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, communications, and workflow
• Manage administrative processes including billing, accounts receivable, and insurance coordination
• Support clinicians with patient scheduling, records management, and client communications
• Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and practice initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience in office operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of administrative or office support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
• Prior experience in medical or healthcare administration

Nice To Have:

• Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
