Wood Personnel Services is looking to fill a Human Resource Assistant / Receptionist role. This is an internal position based in our Nashville, TN office, supporting a fast-paced environment and working directly with walk-in applicants throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities for a Human Resource Assistant / Receptionist role include:

• Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
• Assisting applicants with the application process
• Scheduling interviews and appointments for applicants
• Data entry into Applicant Tracking System
• Assisting with administrative support functions

Desired Skills and Experience for the Human Resource Assistant / Receptionist role:

• Two years of continuous work experience in an office or customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask
