Land Development Manager – Single-Family Homes

Location: Nashville, TN

We are seeking a Land Development Manager to lead land acquisition and development initiatives for single-family home communities in the Nashville area. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in residential land development and a strong understanding of local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire land suitable for single-family home development.
• Manage the entitlement and permitting process, including zoning, utilities, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and planning teams to ensure smooth site development.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and development timelines.
• Build strong relationships with local municipalities, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for strategic land acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential land development, preferably with single-family homes.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition, entitlement processes, and local zoning regulations.
• Proven project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and make informed development decisions.
