• Implement ATS to streamline candidate tracking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with a minimum of two years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department required.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• Familiarity with legal roles (Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants), non-legal roles (Accounting, IT, Marketing) and industry hiring norms.

• Expertise with LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS platforms and candidate assessment tools.

• Knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, state bar compliance).

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly resourceful, proactive, and organized

• Experienced in HRIS, ATS systems and data analysis tools.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other relevant business software and databases

• Proactive and resourceful: Work independently, ability to influence, and deliver results in challenging situations
