**Key Qualifications:** - Proven supervisory and management experience, with a high degree of communication and interpersonal skills.- PLC troubleshooting and repair
- Skilled in understanding and implementing lock out, tag out (LOTO) procedures.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime and in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and ensure a safe operational condition at all times.
