Marketing Specialist

Prime Time Healthcare, voted #1 Best Place to Work in Omaha, is looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This person will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, strengthen our digital presence, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
• Create engaging content for social media, email, and web that aligns with company branding and voice
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting, audience engagement, and community building
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to produce marketing materials, videos, and promotional assets
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
• Assist with website updates, SEO initiatives, and online advertising campaigns
• Coordinate company events, sponsorships, and community involvement opportunities
• Maintain consistency in branding across all communication channels
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and share new ideas for improving reach and engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• Strong writing and storytelling ability across multiple channels
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
