Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Set appointments with company decision makers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
• Utilize CRM system for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and relationship building
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for presenting ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
