Schaeffer Oil is seeking independent 1099 Sales Representatives who want to grow their own business while representing one of the most trusted lubricant and fuel additive brands in the industry (185+ years strong).

What You’ll Do

• Sell premium lubricants and fuel additives that deliver measurable ROI for customers.
• Service accounts in industries like industrial and commercial accounts, farming, trucking, construction, mining, excavating, manufacturing, food production, forestry, and racing.
• Build relationships and grow loyalty with repeat-order, consumable products.
• Be the trusted advisor for customers in your local community.

Compensation

• Independent contractor role (1099).
• Straight commission with NO cap on earnings .
• Monthly performance bonuses.
• Year-end bonus opportunities.
