PLANT MANAGER
This position reports directly to General Manager and requires an experienced, hands-on manager to oversee operations of a busy manufacturing / stamping / modular assembly operation and provide direction, leadership and motivation to the managers and employees of the facility. The successful candidate will be required to be knowledgeable in all aspects of an automotive manufacturing operation including, heavy metal stampings, tool & die, weld & assembly, quality, scheduling, budgeting, and capital projects.
Successful candidates should have 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred), Technical or Engineering degree, well organized, effective communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks and assignments. Candidates without a degree who have equivalent technical and managerial experience will be considered. Facility is in Gadsden Alabama.
