ECS s Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. The program manager will lead a engineering development (EMD) program that is tied to long-term growth for the product line. This role will be based in Nashua NH and is required to be full time on-site. The individual selected for this role will work closely with the functional leads to support program execution. This is a results-oriented position, and it requires a disciplined process management skillset, strong technical acumen, and experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution. This position also requires extensive customer engagement. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Active Secret clearance + Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience + Excellent communicatons skills + Ability to manage in a complex environment and deal with multiple competing priorities + Earned value, customer relationship management, risk and opportunity management **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience leading development and production programs + Defense industry experience + Top secret clearance **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
