Job Description

We’re growing and looking for a dependable, detail-obsessed Project Controls pro to keep our industrial construction projects moving. If you live in Excel, love organized files, and can turn messy PDFs into clean markups, let’s talk. We provide structured training on our tools, standards, and workflows.

What you’ll do

• Own document control: submittals, RFIs, transmittals, versioning, naming standards, and audit-ready records ( SharePoint/Procore ).
• Mark up drawings/specs in Bluebeam or Adobe and route for review/approval.
• Build and maintain trackers, logs, and dashboards ( Excel/Access/Power BI ).
• Support cost/schedule updates, quantity tracking, and change documentation.
• Partner with PMs/field teams to coordinate deliverables and keep stakeholders aligned.

Must-haves

• Rock-solid dependability and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office (Excel a must) .
• Clear communicator; organized and process-driven.
• Eager to learn—We’ll train you on our document control and project controls processes.

Strong plus (we’ll train the right person)

• Document Control background in construction/industrial settings
• Bluebeam (or Adobe) for PDF markups
• SharePoint , Procore
• Microsoft Access , Power BI , SQL
• Project Coordination / Project Planning
• Data Analysis , dashboards & reporting
• Exposure to Revit (reading models, exporting sheets)
