Job Overview:

The Project Manager 3 - Contingent will play a critical role in ensuring effective project governance, portfolio management, reporting, and adherence to established processes. This position will provide project managers and stakeholders with the necessary tools, templates, and guidance to successfully deliver projects. The role also involves conducting quality checks on project documentation, supporting audits, and maintaining PMO templates and knowledge repositories.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective project governance and portfolio management.
• Provide tools, templates, and guidance to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks on project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits related to project delivery.
• Maintain and improve PMO templates, guidelines, and knowledge repositories.
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management activities.
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and organizational needs.
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range: $53 - $55

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
