We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with a mechanical background—ideally in HVAC or utilities—to manage project execution, materials coordination, and scheduling in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction schedules with a clear understanding of the critical path and ability to adjust to changes.
• Coordinate mechanical trades and materials (e.g., welding, piping), ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Review designs using Revit and Bluebeam.
• Track progress, generate reports, and collaborate with teams to meet milestones.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong background in mechanical or HVAC disciplines
• Understanding of mechanical utilities and trade workflows
• Experience with construction scheduling (MS Project or P6)
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
• Ability to review designs in Revit

Nice to Have:

• Project reporting experience
• Estimation knowledge or deep understanding of construction trades

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent industry experience required.
