Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support operations teams on safety procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Assist in implementing and managing HSE programs using digital compliance systems .
  • Ensure employee adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of safety meetings and train ings.
  • Participate in incident investigations and conduct Root Cause Analyses.
  • Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Drive safety awareness and culture improvements across the team.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide support for fleet safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate on regional initiatives and cross-functional safety efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor ’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, PEC, and NSC standards.
  • Familiarity with QHSE management systems .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven and proactive in promoting safety excellence.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of HSE experience in the oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Safety certifications such as OSHA 10/30, CHST, CSHO, COSS, etc.
  • Experience mento ring teams and supporting performance initiatives.
  • Bilingual in E ngl ish and Spanish is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and insurability.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in variable conditions (indoor/outdoor, rotational shifts).
