Regional Sales Manager (Home Improvement Industry)

A fast-growing home improvement firm is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and scale a residential sales team. The ideal candidate has experience managing sales reps, optimizing performance, and operating in a high-volume, commission-driven environment.

Your Mission

As a Regional Sales Manager, you are more than a manager, you’re a builder of people, a driver of results, and a champion of culture. You will:

• Inspire and drive a high-performing team of 8–15 in-home sales professionals to exceed revenue goals and dominate the market.
• Coach execution of our proven one-call close, step-selling system with relentless attention to discipline and performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and scale a world-class sales force by identifying elite talent and developing them into future leaders.
• Lead from the field—ride-alongs, daily huddles, and impactful sales meetings are how you engage, sharpen, and hold your team accountable.
• Dig into the data—you’ll use KPIs, close rates, and sales activity to identify opportunities and deliver focused coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Call Center, and Production teams to ensure every homeowner receives a seamless, 5-star experience.
• Instill a culture of ownership, resilience, and positive pressure where every rep takes full responsibility for their success.
