Compensation : This is a 100% commission-based position with additional monthly residual income based on client retention.

Our company provides access to leads generated in-house, world-class systems and support, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering valuable benefits to clients.

Your Role :

• Educate clients on tailored benefit solutions
• Present to clients on Zoom (Must have a computer with a working webcam)
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism
• Work independently as part of a high-performing team

Who We Are Looking For :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Self-motivated individuals looking for career growth
• Prior experience in finance, sales, or business is a plus, but not required
