Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Roofing Project Manager to oversee our residential and commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: from initial estimate review and material procurement to scheduling, execution, and final client walk-through.
• Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates throughout the project.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards (OSHA).
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relations abilities.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
