Senior Administrative Coordinator (Healthcare)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications
• Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and insurance processes
• Support HR tasks including staff credentialing and record management
• Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and organized files
• Manage phone calls, gather patient information, and assist with inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
• Background in the medical field, particularly with insurance billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of healthcare processes such as billing, credentialing, and data entry
• Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA

Nice To Have:

• Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
