Position Overview

As we grow our direct-to-consumer channel, we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Senior E-Commerce Coordinator to help elevate our online experience. This role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, and a sharp analytical mindset.

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify site, oversee content updates, support cross-functional initiatives, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions. Only candidates with proven Shopify and e-commerce experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Operations

• Manage and maintain the Shopify backend, including product listings, navigation, and metadata.
• Audit and enhance product descriptions, SEO, and tagging to improve visibility and user experience.
• Monitor site performance and coordinate with developers or app providers to resolve issues.
• Support new collection launches, ensuring accurate, timely asset updates aligned with marketing plans.
• Research and recommend Shopify apps and tools to optimize site functionality and conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue trends).
• Generate insights through Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo reports.
• Track customer behavior, product performance, and A/B test outcomes to inform optimizations.

Digital Asset & Content Management

• Manage content and image updates to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Partner with creative teams to refine product visuals for online presentation.
• Perform basic Photoshop tasks (resizing, cropping, light retouching) for web use.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure a cohesive online experience.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure updates are executed on schedule.
• Identify and implement process improvements across e-commerce workflows.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• 3+ years of e-commerce/Shopify experience, ideally in fine jewelry, fashion, or luxury.
• Deep expertise in Shopify backend, apps, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and an understanding of digital marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and a strong visual merchandising sensibility.
• Passion for digital innovation and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
