As they expand, they are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their team and help shape the future of their region's built environment.

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead and manage geotechnical investigations, design foundations and earthworks, and provide technical guidance on a variety of civil and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with clients, project managers, other senior geotehnical engineers and junior engineers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

• Lead geotechnical investigations including field exploration, laboratory testing, and data analysis.
• Design foundations, retaining structures, slope stability solutions, and ground improvement systems.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on transportation, commercial, and municipal projects.
• Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• PE license in Washington (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Minimum 8 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, gINT, LPILE, SLOPE/W).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
