Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website performance.
Monitor and refine SEO best practices to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate on content marketing and project management efforts to enhance SEO performance.
Manage SEO campaigns for clients across a variety of industries.
Partner with teams such as Sales, PPC, Social Media, and PR to ensure integrated strategies.
Develop digital marketing strategies that align with budget and overall business objectives.
Create and execute innovative campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze performance data and apply critical thinking to optimize strategies and tactics.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in SEO, internet marketing, and project management.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and problem-solving.
A creative thinker with a deep understanding of current SEO trends and techniques.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in a digital agency environment is a plus.
Ability to thrive both in a team setting and independently.
Comfortable managing fast-paced projects and dealing with ambiguity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable.
