Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Manager. This role involves providing exceptional service to our retail customers while also overseeing and coordinating memorable birthday parties for children and adults. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for both retail customers and party attendees, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a well-organized and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities:

Retail Sales

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing retail area
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish merchandise as needed
• Assist with pricing, promotions, and displays to optimize sales

Birthday Party Management

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of birthday parties, including planning, setup, execution, and cleanup
• Interact with customers to understand their party requirements and preferences
• Offer guidance and suggestions on party themes, activities, and packages
• Schedule and book party reservations, ensuring proper coordination with customers and staff
• Prepare party rooms, decorations, and supplies based on the chosen theme
• Facilitate party activities, such as games, crafts, and entertainment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of party guests at all times
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues during parties
• Collaborate with the retail team to promote and upsell party packages and related merchandise

Management

• Manage and own all interactions within the studio
• Available to work  all weekdays (Monday- Friday schedule) 12-6PM
• Lead the team and keep assistants on task
• Manage store operations such as restock, back stock, and updating inventories
