As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our growing team and lead our warehouse operations. Snap Supplements® is located in Vancouver, WA.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse management and safety.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Operations Management experience
  • Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
