SPRA NextGen is an initiative focused on promoting single ply roofing as a viable and rewarding career for the next generation.
The single ply roofing sector offers skilled, long-term career opportunities, yet many young people are unaware of the routes into the industry. SPRA Next Gen aims to raise awareness, highlight career pathways, and support the future workforce of the sector.
What We Do
SPRA NextGen works to:
- Promote single ply roofing careers to young people
- Highlight training, qualifications and progression routes
- Support the long-term sustainability of the industry
We also welcome input from businesses who are experiencing challenges with recruiting, training and retaining young people, to help inform future support and initiatives.
