Biographical Info IKO PLC is a market leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of roofing, insulation, and waterproofing systems, including our IKO Armourplan PVC and IKO Spectraplan TPE single ply roofing systems.

Manufactured in the UK at our Clay Cross facility, IKO single ply roofing systems offer the perfect solution for large flat roof projects such as factories, distribution hubs, residential buildings, and warehouses. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, installation of our single ply systems is fast, clean, and easy.

The IKO Armourplan PVC range consists of versatile membranes that provide exceptional mechanical performance and weld joint strength and can be mechanically fixed, adhered, or ballasted. The membranes are suitable for warm, cold, or ballasted roof systems and come in two standard colours: mid grey (RAL 7046) and slate grey (RAL 7015). However, other colours are available upon request*.

IKO Armourplan PVC roofing membranes have been independently approved by the British Board of Agrément (BBA No. 05/4287) and provide durable and dependable roof waterproofing with a service life of up to 40 years.

Incorporating IKO’s unique TPE formulation, IKO Spectraplan delivers state-of-the-art waterproofing and roofing protection for the modern built environment. Our innovative extrusion technology allows uniform thickness control, whilst cutting-edge camera detection identifies the imperfections in the membrane and guarantees the highest quality in every roll that we manufacture.

Due to its white colour and highly reflective properties, IKO Spectraplan has achieved 91 on the Solar Reflectance Index (SRI). SRI is the measure of solar reflectance and thermal emissivity and determines a material’s ability to reflect solar heat, therefore reducing heat retention and encouraging cooler indoor temperatures.
