Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of venue, change of date and time or if a venue is closed unexpectedly for any reason).
Tickets can be transferred to another individual, however the organiser must be notified.
Table positioning will be allocated on a first purchased / best position scenario. Individual ticket holders cannot request specific seats and seats will be allocated at the organiser’s discretion.
All tables and seats will be allocated at the organisers discretion. Event partners and sponsors will be allocated priority tables. All tables will be set for a maximum of 10 guests to maximise the capacity of the room. If full table are not purchased (10 tickets) by one Company/Organisation, then it is up to the organisers discretion to fill any remaining seats with individual tickets purchased.
