FREE organisational resilience workshop for Contractors!
FREE organisational resilience workshop for Contractors!
How resilient is your construction business to challenges? What would you do if a major client became insolvent? Want free guidance on how to protect your construction business?
Why not take advantage of a free morning workshop aimed at introducing companies in the construction sector to organisational resilience and ways to implement new organisational resilience approaches.
Taking place in Marston, Grantham, the workshop, being organised by the National Federation of Builders, will also introduce BeResilient, a CITB fully funded training programme aimed at helping construction companies to implement new working practices in accordance with the British Standards publication, BS 65000:2014 Guidance on Organizational Resilience.
This programme has been inspired by recent market research which highlighted that the construction sector on average is the largest contributor to business insolvencies each year in the UK. Join us this August to find out more.
Inspired by the industry’s ‘improvement agenda’ following the release of Sir John Egan’s 1998 report Rethinking Construction, since 2006 Tim has worked closely with industry bodies including Constructing Excellence, BRE and the National Federation of Builders, and has supported more than 500 construction based organisations working to achieve the industry challenge to improve performance and become more resilient.
