On behalf of the Chairman, Martyn Holloway and the other directors, I would like to congratulate Joshua Lamprell from Invictus Roofing Ltd who has been voted onto the SPRA Council. Joshua’s election result shows that the SPRA leadership team is open to new members getting involved in running and directing the organisation, and I look forward to working with Joshua and meeting him at the December Council meeting.
However, I would also like to give huge thanks to Kevin Hodge from County Flat Roofing Ltd for putting himself forward too. Kevin has bucketfuls of experience, knowledge and skills which I intend to tap into at every opportunity in the future! The success of SPRA is all about the membership, especially those that want to get involved to ‘help the cause’. By working together as a community
with shared goals, we continue to influence, support and educate the construction industry.
If any member wishes to find out more about how to get involved with SPRA outside of the Council, then please get in touch, cathie.clarke@spra.co.uk Don’t forget, one of the simplest things to do is to ensure that you actively promote your SPRA membership to all your contacts. If every member used the SPRA logo and drew stakeholder attention to the Design Guide, our Online and other Training Courses and the SPRA Website, we would substantially increase our influence!
