Introduction
A warm welcome this week to all SPRA members and readers of the SPRA Weekly news. Extensive information can be found this week again hoping to keep all informed on relevant issues.
On the SPRA front we draw attention to the closing date for applications for a Technical Expert to work with SPRA and also concerning the next WLCP sessions taking place in April. The SPRA Awards application process is again highlighted and remember we are looking for projects covering both 2019 and 2020 – Get these applications in by the end of April.
There is also quite extensive coverage on the training front relating to apprentices. We provide here detailed and important information in the Members Area regarding funded SPRA Apprenticeship training NVQ L2 starting end of March and encourage all potential candidates to contact SPRA asap.
There are reminders in the Members Area also regarding the CCPI consultation and the Green Book Webinar taking place. Also, here there is information concerning SSP certificates and an important BRE study on Part B (Fire safety) and modern construction technologies design and building use, with a request to complete an associated survey.
Finally, we refer to continued information on REACH which is provided by the HSE eBulletin service and CPA.
