The BEIS announcement that the government will continue to recognise the CE product marking in Great Britain for a further two years currently does not apply to the Construction Products Regulation in Great Britain.
Construction products come under specific rules, which have not yet been amended: Construction Products Regulation in Great Britain – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
The Construction Products Association (CPA) has raised this with BEIS and continues to push for clarity.
