UK Finance, the trade association for financial services, has published details of what individual banks are offering to businesses affected by Carillion’s liquidation. In the first instance, companies should speak to their current bank
PwC has reconfirmed that any supplier with outstanding monies from Carillion before the date they went into liquidation is now an unsecured creditor. The Insolvency Service has guidance for creditors and companies should continue to check the PwC Carillion website.
