Durability

All SPRA members’ products are independently certificated for durability in the range 25-40 years. There are mainland European working examples in excess of 40 years; in the UK our earliest projects will soon be this old.

Exceptional performance of single ply roofing

All single polymeric materials offered by SPRA members are resistant to weathering, chemical oxidation and UV radiation. They require no additional surface protection unless used for access. Careful formulation ensures that physical properties are retained over a temperature range exceeding –30degC to +80degC to suit the variable climate typical of the UK.
